News:

Today, for a brief second, I thought of a life without Roger. It was much like my current life, except that this forum was a bit nicer.

Join the club.

If it weren't for work and family I'd probably be a hermit in a shack somewhere.

The recluse club?  I'm down.  :lulz:

There appears to be a hamburger initiative that got rushed through the senate in my absence.

Just as planned.  8)

Homemade ham and bean soup and cornbread.

Quesadilla, make with deliciousness. Queso cheese, one of my golden girl tomatoes, sauteed green peppers and onions, and pinto beans.

My mom's having us over for taco salad. I like her taco salad--my kids love it when I make her recipe, too.

I just found out that putting frozen salmon filet in a bowl with brine and nuking it for 2 minutes at 800W in the microwave (YEAH I FUCKING BOUGHT A MICROWAVE TWO WEEKS AGO AND I'M SRSLY LOVIGN THE FUCK OUT OF IT SUCH A BRILLIANT MACHINE TO EASILY MAKE THINGS WARM WITHOUT BURNING THEM WHOOOOOOO) ... that that is too much and my salmon is now slightly cooked. I was just trying to speed up the defrosting a bit. Next time I'll just do one minute and let it sit for a while. After all it needs to soak up the brine too.
