WBC protesting high school

So, apparently the Westboro Baptist Church was picketing Boston Latin School this morning to raise awareness that parents raise their children for the devil and that teachers are teaching the lies that God loves everyone and that it's homosexuality is ok.

Never mind the fact that BLS is a public school and doesn't teach anything about God.

The funny thing is that the Gay Pride parade is this Saturday, and they don't have that in their picket schedule. Maybe parades are just to festive for them. Maybe they're afraid of getting beat up.

So has anyone here messed with them in some way? Like sending weird stuff to them, or what not?

I didn't hear until after the fact. Both my gf and I work in the area, but she goes in earlier than me. Seems their protest was planned to coincide with the students coming into school.

That's probably why they haven't showed up there. I may want to think of them as a bunch of stupid inbred rednecks (and they are) but quite a few of them are actually lawyers.

When I was making the arrangements for Dad and Mom to be interred at the VA cemetary in TN they warned me that the WBC had been at most of the ceremonies lately all hot and heavy.  Y'all may see me on the news!  Because I may have to beat someone down with their own stick!

Would probably make Daddy happy they were there, he was bigoted old bastard.  If they do show, I'll try to get pics or something.  I'm sure the oldest will get pics if they arrest me
