Josh and I did that at GenCon.  On the car ride we were worried about how to hide Josh's swords, so he brought along this big cardboard tube, the sides of which were about half an inch thick.  Well, we got to the convention center the first day, and he takes the tube in with us when we're in plain clothes.  The line was great:  Random Strangers and Us talked, sang songs, drank alcohol which probably none of us were old enough to drink.  And then I said something like, 'Why are you carrying the tube?'

And he hit me so hard in the head with it my glasses came off and said, "SAY IT!"

And I shouted, loud as I could, "THE TUBE IS CIVILISATION!"
