So as I understand it, this is a clandestine tool used to aggregate internet data in order to build a profile about somebody.

that is terrifying.


it reinforces my suggestion - Many of our problems on the internet regarding privacy can be solved by CHAFF - do irregular things, post erroneous data, do not act like a consistent character. When somebody is trying to datamine you, they will have a hard time sorting out which data is true and which is false.

It aggregates data about whole groups of people, recognizing various types of entities, events, stuff, and relationships among them all.

CHAFF should work, also mispelling and , bad grammar. I understand it still needs to try and follow what are the expected logical/grammaical rules of a sentence (probably it could be improved to evolve beyond these problems, but that may cause even more issues and/or require more human attenction).
