Isn't the point that you get Dracula, that would win you the game, right? Getting any random vamp is just a temporary solution, or not?

If we staked a "created" vamp, we could then analyze their posts and in-game relationships to figure out who may have created them.

You're still thinking that because I'm posting a lot in this thread, I'm Dracula -- even though my entire posting history on PD.com is essentially staying on the boards constantly from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

I post a lot here because I'm playing the game, and I naturally post a lot.  In fact, it would be incredibly suspicious if I didn't post a lot.

And, I'd like to point out that if you stake me, then this thread will consist of a whole lot of people not posting very much at all, and making random accusations.  Whee.

Normal behaviour or not, I still find it likely that Dracula is attempting to control the game from both sides - Both by turning vampires, and distracting the villagers with red herrings that lead to us staking other villagers. Also, in the early stages of the game, Doktor Howl voted to lynch you for no reason. A day later, he winds up dead - COINCIDENCE?

Rumckle accused LMNO and then HE ended up dead too

1) The way this game is set up, the wisest choice for Dracula is to keep his freakin' mouth shut and do his best not to be noticed.  He works behind the scenes, quietly turning people and giving no evidence or clues.  I'm trying to get everyone talking so we can do more than make blind, stupid guesses.

2) Not a coincidence; Dok gave me his proxy vote, and then mentioned it would be funny if he got staked with his own vote.  Also, he commented post-mortem that he was bored and wanted out of the game.  Rumckle did indeed accuse me, and I acted in self defense.

Semaj is a vamp.  I have no doubts.

Of course, you could be a vampire, and you're trying to protect the other vamps.

She's a tramp, she's a vamp, but she still does her dance? And likes to dance in the dark?

I vote for Semaj, because Alphapance makes sense.

I've suspected you the entire game! Of course you'd accuse me of being a vampire. You've already used your proxies to waste a precious staking on Howl. And then Rumckle dies, after he accuses you! What you're doing right now, is eliminating threats to your evil vampiric plot!

I vote to stake LMNO

For what it's worth, Dok wanted to get staked anyway, once it became clear this game wasn't as active as the others.

The Wizard

Understood. But, he could have just backed out, but LMNO instead wasted a staking to do him in. That was counterproductive as hell!

Well, what good would a non-usable vote do?
Oh, I get what you mean now.

Also, EVERYONE always suspects Dok at the outset. It's like whenever he plays Risk, everyone else always gang up on him and kill him.
