Most of the OKC bomb didn't detonate.  Also, the foundation of 7 was damaged by the events around it, from one end to the other, as far as I can tell from what reports have been made.

I'm just curious as to how they'd get the NYFD to play ball, given that so many of them wound up getting killed...and nobody talked.
