Not really a nemesis if they don't scare you. A nemesis needs to be either superior to you or at least equal. Otherwise its just a recurring joke antagonist.

I recently turned to villainy, because I'd been relegated to a gag character. So yeah, unless you're a hero, I'm afraid I cannot be your nemesis.
