we have a radio station in Tucson, AZ with that exact callsign and slogan. Every time they do a station ident, the Frank joke gets quoted verbatim

The only Frank I know of is the "World Famous Frank Show". A quick google shows that that is the only one in Tucson with any sort of Frank.
