Nope, they excused everyone who had heard of Jury Nullification already, see comment about 'philosophical objections'. Damnit, I have to point this out every time it comes up.

The remaining prospective jurors were then told the charge and mutinied before they could be seated. In the jury pool room.

Judge called a conference with Prosecutor and Defense. Dude coped to a 'no guilt' plea that carried a 20 yr sentence, with 19 suspended, and his last 1 year served consecutively with his theft conviction. And was THRILLED about it.
