Hopefully whoever made that decision at the insurance company gets hit by a fleet of buses.

i would presume that the process to drop someone's insurance is automated, no?
not having read more than the posted synopsis, i would think the reason to get upset is if they didn't immediately reinstate it such that the operation could go through once a human was put into the loop...
