Bachmann is repeatedly claiming to have "raised" 23 foster children...  She had a license to for 7 1/2 years, to foster up to three children at a time.  I'm having a little trouble with that math, is it just me?

She could easily have had 23 kids in the house.  As the article points out, though, it is possible some of them she had for no more than a week, which is, I'm sure I don't have to tell any of the parents around here, NOT "raising" a kid.
