Shit, I could borrow that much privately. And yeah, that's $3400 a year for slip rent and all the shit that comes with it. That thing is SICK. The only thing I'm unclear about is...it clearly no longer has a mast or sails, and yet the specs say it only has a 20 gallon diesel tank? That would only last you about 8-12 hours at a stretch, depending on wind/tide/current, so the part where they call it "voyage-ready" seems a little off, unless they're talking about a voyage to Cascade Locks and back.

ETA: or it's a typo and it actually holds 200 gallons of diesel fuel, which would make alot more sense.

It probably only has a 20 gallon tank.  The one picture still had the mast, where the second didn't making me think it's removal is rather recent change.  It didn't say the tank was new, so I'm again thinking it's what was there when the boat could still sail.  Would you not replace the mast and get new sails if you got it?

I wouldn't sail that thing in blue water with the current configuration of the superstructure. The steerage is not going to respond the way that hull was designed for it to in a bad blow. Makes much more sense as a motor yacht the way it's set up now. Wouldn't be a big deal to throw a Detroit Diesel and a bigger tank in there and make it a twin-screw. It would actually be really sick with that set-up, because you'd have the stability of a cat hull in open water, but it would be super maneuverable with a twin-screw drive and with the shallow draft you'd also have a 40-foot liveaboard that could anchor within wading distance of the nearest beach bar.
