I don't think she's naive or stupid. As for her age, I'm not sure exactly but she's in her early-to-mid 20s.

she's not stupid. I read her blog quite a lot.
She's pretty liberal when it comes to social issues and right wing when it comes to foreign policy, and all over the place in terms of economics.
But you really get the feeling that she came from a very sheltered life, if you know what I mean, especially her anti-union blogs. Even her left wing social policies, such as support for gay marriage, seems to come more from naive idealism (such as follow one's heart bullshit) rather then actual social awareness.

Also she punked Karl Rove on twitter by calling him a creepy old man and she was upset that he was following her on twitter (too busy to find the links now).

I haven't heard too much that is obviously retarded from her.  Mostly, she seems to get hate from Republicans for not being a complete nutjob and for having breasts, and shit from Democrats for being John McCain's daughter.  Apparently this is proof of nepotism in the media, as if perfectly retarded individuals hadn't already managed to pollute the public discourse without a helping hand from the family (David Brooks, Thomas Friedman, Maureen Dowd etc) in the first place.  Her political experience seems mostly limited to staffing for her dad, but, then again, Thomas Friedman can demand million dollar advances and his political experience involves talking to mythical taxi-drivers.

And that's the thing. There are a zillion GOPtards that I'd gladly hatefuck given half a chance, but I don't find any of them actually attractive, either physically or as a person. I'm actually attracted to what's between Meghan McCain's ears as well as what's under her clothes.
