What concerns me most, is what is global warming going to do with the ice floes? When they are all gone what will we do with people like me who need to be used as an example of bad things?

Well, there's an empty house in Idaho, now, and that porch should do nicely.

I'm out.   I'm in a good mood and don't have it in me today to go back and forth on this with you Rev.

We disagree on a particular part of this but not the entire thing.  She shouldn't go to jail and fuck her kids up more than she already has.  The article clearly says she moved it to the porch when it began to smell and I'm pretty sure that's a sign of rot.

Charley: I like you're writing.  I appreciate it when you provide a well thought out response.  You haven't provided one ITT.

And I only ever claimed to lean libertarian.  I've never once said I'm an objectivist.

I am unaware of any practical difference.

na, you didn't.  I don't take this shit personally even if you mean it to be.  In fact, I did a bit of quick research on abortion laws in Idaho and you're right, they have it pretty fucking backwards.  She would have likely had her back up against a wall no matter what.

I concede that.  She was probably fucked either way.

Sad fucking story.

Pickle - really gone this time.

Much like a box on the porch in a cold, cold Idaho winter.

We are bad people, you and I.

Comes with age.

Just wait til all these kids get our age.  There won't be a kid on a lawn in America.

Or England, if they had lawns.

Nothing Mexico likes better than American cash.

The Mexican-American War begs to disagree.

That was WHEN?  :lulz:

Okay.  If the American government tried to buy Baja California today, do you expect the Mexican government or Mexican people would fall all over themselves to sell?

No need. Americans already own most of Baja. :lulz:

I'd also like to point out to DP that in reality, the failure rate of condoms if they're used perfectly is around 3 or 4%. Normal use yields a failure rate closer to 10%. Not really that difficult to get knocked up in spite of a condom if you're having sex regularly during your ovulation window. Especially if the father is likely some backwoods dickwit who probably just made a show of opening the condom wrapper before tossing the whole thing in the ashtray and raw-dogging it until the cows came home.

You can buy an entire block in Detroit for $100.

Back to the original story, an update:

QuoteMcCormack has three children ages 2, 11 and 17. She could not be reached by phone and it was unclear if she had retained an attorney.

If convicted, she faces up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

Fucking hell.  Amazing how fast sympathy and support for someone can change to disgust and disdain.

A fucking box on the porch?

:vom:

Really? You complete and utter sack of shit?

What should she have done with it? My friend buried her miscarriage in the herb garden. Most women flush them because WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU DO WITH THAT??? WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

You are an asshole unworthy of conversing with any of us.

It's pretty hard to buy property in Mexico. I know; I've tried. And I have a friend who moved to Mexico six years ago and not only can't buy property, but keeps finding dead people on her doorstep.
