I can roll with the awe of our Alpha and Omega, our own first and last. I know the dogged tenacity, and selflessness of the Payne clan. I worked alongside the NY Branch of Clan Payne, and helped Max bring down the mighty and evil Aesir organisation that murdered his Wife and Child.  
He was not satisfied until he'd eliminated every one of Alfred Woden's criminal  connections too. Vincent Cognetti, the insane Valkyr crazed Tony Lupino, the Paramilitary Cleaners Gang, and then finished Vlad, the Russian double agent who wrested Woden's Empire from him. Awesome.  
But I'm not too sure we should be bandying words like "Messiah" around too much. That's just asking for trouble.
