Unfortunately, LMNO, PD may beat me to it.

Recursive meta-cancer?

Well, a thread called "CAKE!" is currently the most-often viewed thread, and we talk about music.

Once in a while.

Or we don't talk about anything at all.  We were doing good for a week, then nothing.

We had some stuff going, and then FG fluffed up the board, and then everyone left.

On the offline front, I'm still hammering Nessies into something we can print.

I'd like to make small correction, there:

We had some stuff going, then trollbear fluffed up the board, and then everyone went haring after him, and THEN left. settled in to VIEW.

It's an election year. I can't speak for anyone else but I know that for my part, considering how jam-packed the atmosphere is with radio waves carrying insufferable bullshit, I can hardly blink without each of my eyelashes picking up some asshole's transmission about gay marriage or unemployment. And those are the quiet moments. I don't even go in the same room as my TV because it will turn itself on and start barking at me about primaries and deficits and immigration.

I guess what I'm saying is that it's hard for me to form a complete thought without getting carried off on some political tangent. I can't even browse for midget porn on the Internet without ending up reading the entire text of Common Sense, for fuck's sake. Just imagine what would happen if I tried to concentrate on something constructive.

Or its me in a music thread talking to myself or getting off topic about heavy metal.

Though to be honest, I don't see how interesting a bunch of shows that most of you won't be able to see until I hop on Amtrak with my acoustic will be to anyone.

Yeah, what's up with that.  I was all excited to see a metal thread and you spags start talking about Mass Towns.

Normally, I tolerate thread drift if I started the thread. But we can start talking metal again. I like talking metal.

Also, that's why they call us Massholes, Mainiac.

You should check this guy Mika. He's like a gay Freddy Mercury.

ME:
...

ME:
Are you trying to suggest Freddy Mercury wasn't gay?

BFF:
Clearly, I mean a GAYER Freddy Mercury.

And he was right.
