I noticed that the IP for my mobile web isn't where I am, it's maybe forty miles off.
But not the distance from Sydney to Pukatja.

I think the last IP my phone had said it was from Boston, MA. 

That's a fairly significant geographic divergence.  Don't know about Australia's geography thoguh, so it might not measure up.
