And honestly, I haven't seen a hell of a lot of meek religious zealots... most of them are anything but meek, constantly trying to turn their moral value systems into legislation that will allow them to stone widows and homosexuals to death. So my reading of the thing is that the people who are super-into God will get Raptured and go to Heaven, leaving the meek here on earth to go about their business.

I've been keeping an eye on their project for a while.  They are making pretty good progress.  New Testament is complete, lots of work done on the Old Testament.  I wish them the best of luck.  I want to see printed copies of this thing available in Walmarts and Bible book stores across the US.  I can't wait until the first time a right-wing Christian and left-wing Christian are debating, and the right-winger quotes from the CPB to make his point.

Apparently they don't understand the word "blaspheme". It's a good thing religion is make-believe, or they'd be going to hell for sure.
