PD may suddenly accelerate to dangerous speeds.  If PD splits open, do not look directly at resulting goo.  PD is still legal in 14 states.

I hate how PD can turn a perfectly good attention-whoring thread into a reasonable discussion about music.

And now for the unreasonable, hateful music discussion!

HAve people ever read Romeo and Juliet? They're not the posterchildren for romance here.

If anything they're proof that Bill Shakespeare thought that teenagers we whiny, impulsive, and retarded.

Romeo: I'm in love with Rosalind! Wait, who's that sweet looking 12 year old? Who the hell is this Rosalind again?<---all of 5 minutes
Hey babe, want to bump uglies?
Juliet:   Sure. Oh shit you're the son of my dad's enemy and somehow I didn't know 5 minutes ago. Lets get married
Romeo: Sure. We've known each other for about a week, right?

Suicide.

End of play.

Seems to me it wasn't that simple, if I'm remembering right.

But whatever, asking someone if you can have their avatar isn't socially inappropriate or creepy at all. Not any more than saying that you hope that if anyone rapes your kid that they kill her too, right?

Nice punching bag avvie. You're not attention whoring AT ALL.
If I recall correctly, Garbo made a bunch of cuts from the video in question and posted them. BH asked if he could use one (which was not the one Garbo was using at the time, btw), she said yes and he has used it since.

Fine.

He still ruined cancer jesus.

I dunno, but you gotta fix that shit.

Have you considered buying a new turntable?  I've found that going back into old record stores has become a fairly thrilling experience again, contrasted to the iTunes store/Bittorrent.

I do have a turntable. Admittedly, it's not a particularly great one....but still. As for downloading music, I don't because I do not own an i-pod. I can play MP3 on my Nook but generally, do not bother.

In thinking about this situation the other day, I realized that my interest in music expired somewhere around 2003 or 2004. Anything after that is a blur. VH1 had another one of those '100 Best Songs of the X Decade' shows on. Turns out that I barely recognized most of what was shown. Now, I'm not even talking about music that I would get into. I am not even recognizing shitty music that came out in the last 10 years. My experience went something along the lines of:

VH1: Shows clip, usually some deeply underwhelming, one hit wonder 'club' tune followed by some vacuous talking head saying: THAT WAS THE BEST FUCKING SONG OF THE DECADE HANDS DOWN!
Me:  :? (wash, rinse repeat)

Of course, serves me right for ever watching VH1 in the first place. But it became apparent to me that I have spent the better part of the last decade disconnected from music.

You don't know what you're missing out on.

You can't stop looking me, staring at me
Be what I be, you can't stop looking at me
So get off of my face,
You can't stop clickin 'bout me
Writin' 'bout me, tweeting 'bout me,
I can't stop, it's what I gon' be,
My swagger's in check

Get on the floor, get, get, get on the floor
My swagger's in check
Get on the floor, get, get, get on the floor
I got in check
