Things to consider about Tucson:

4th highest suicide rate in the nation.
The gap between rich and poor is higher than the national norm.
Dead hookers in the dumpsters, because we have very polite killers, who tidy up after themselves.

2 good humor men murdered for the < $50 in their cashboxes, one in 2005, and one in 2011.
This is the national spawning ground for insane perverts.

Might throw in some of the Mythos, maybe reference the Black Madonna.
