The link I posted to Factcheck is from a right wing tard who works in finance and says that it's "perfectly normal" for titles to be left like that for people, and that people who don't work in business typically don't know that, or really need to know that.

Your RWN associate really IS a tard.  Titles are one thing...Being the majority stock holder and CEO is quite another.  This isn't a case of letting a structured pay arrangement play out.  He still owned the stock, and still had the final say on all decisions, and still drew a paycheck.

Factcheck does in fact have a pretty good history of being unbiased.  Sourcewatch loves 'em.

However, multiple papers have broken this story, directly quoting the SEC's paperwork, so I think factcheck is having a little trouble with the distinction between "I resign" and "I resign but keep 169% control and still get paid".

Romney "left" Bain to help "rescue" the olympics, and then to run for governor of that horrible state LMNO and Twid live in.  Leaving Bain was a formality, and apparently not a legal one.

But here's the kicker:  Either he lied to the SEC then, or he lied now.

I honestly doubt it. The people who will care already aren't voting for him, and the other people wouldn't care if he raped a toddler in the middle of the street and then lit it on fire as long as he's not Obama. That I haven't seen this story in any other media outlet at all tells me all I need to know.
