Note that he has upped the ante by finding legal representation (not exactly difficult for him, as he works at an intellectual property law firm) and the tone of "What the shit, is this guy for real?" from NBC's lawyers as it escalates is priceless!

Oh, I guess he hasn't put any of the post-legal-representation ones online, which makes sense as now that it's a real lawsuit, it's confidential.
