Filthy lies. Winter doesn't just end, it crawls away to the mountains to hibernate for a few months. Sometimes in the spring you can watch him go, if you travel the right paths in the woods. Sometimes you catch one of the little ones in a parking lot, separated from the herd and left for dead.

Sometimes it crawls up inside you and never leaves at all.
