This is a true fact. It happened at my last job all the time. Car broken into? Friday 3 pm. Drunk discovered sleeping in his own vomit on living room floor? Saturday 7 am. Or noon. But you get the idea. There's just something magical about those times. Instead of the witching hour, it's the idiot hours.
