How come this makes national news?  I don't see front page screaming when a Mexican gets jailed here on drug smuggling charges.

Judging by the segment of the movie it's from and what Spanish I know.

Everything the light touches belongs to the Federal District, USA, I'm assuming? And Simba asks about the shadowy area. Mufasa says that's Mexico, don't ever go there. :P
