They should at least be happy that the Supreme Court struck down a law that Bubba signed into law.

But, but.... Now the State of Texas will have to recognize ALL records from Massachusetts, not just driver's licenses!

You know what, I think there are going to be many Conservatives who are going to be (quietly) happy about this. Not the screaming heads on TV, but the ones actually working to get Conservatives elected.  In a practical sense, this will be good for them in the long run as it is one less hot-button social issue that they have to defend publicly.

I was thinking the same thing.

That's certainly going to be true. I'm just thinking about the rank and file who like to say Obummer or N0bama. It also causes a bit of cognitive dissonance, since it's clearly a violation of the Constitution, and can easily be demonstrated as such.
