This is why I'm glad that NZ law specifies that access granted to part of a computer system grants access to other unprotected parts of that computer system, rather than leaving "authorised access" so vague as this. Doesn't stop them from trying to scream HAXZOR when a government intranet accidentally faces the public, but still...

I'm looking forward to this guys release. Having been locked up unjustly, there's no certainty you wont be locked up for bullshit reasons again. I feel as though one of his main concerns will be actually making it count next time.
