Using ptsd as some fucking part of some really shitty joke or whatever the fuck you were trying to do is really fucking shitty. I agree that casually tossing out the PTSD thing like it's some kind of joke was a dick move, considering that some people here have mentioned that they have actual PTSD multiple times. It's dickish and it's also really, really classless. I do happen to feel the same way about "retard", even though that one's part of my cultural backdrop and really hard to eliminate from my casual vocabulary. It's worth the effort to not sound like I grew up without pants or dental care, though.

Beyond the medical definition that is applied to certain people below a certain IQ, retard has several other related definitions, but you would know that if you actually did something other than "troll" on PD.

Let us contrast the many definitions of retard with PTSD.

So while retard has several legitimate uses, PTSD has a rather narrow and specific meaning, but then again you knew that. And since you are pretty much a piece of shit that likes to get in it with DOUR and Nigel, I can only conclude that you were intending to piss of DOUR with your shitty ass offhanded weak as shitty coffee poor excuse for a joke. I can only conclude this because there are a very small handful of former service members on PD who may or may not be suffering from service related mental and emotional issues, and that DOUR is a former service member who has seen some shit. You knew better than make your poor shitty allusion to some other mental or emotional disorder because there are others here on PD that have at various times suffered, or are subject.
In short you must have used PTSD because only big tough men that no one really likes here would be the only ones that could potentially be upset by this terrible comparison.
