TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

I think it was CU... But it really could be anyone.

Yeah, I think you're right on both counts.

I really should compile a "best of" thread.

Between those and the psycho mails, there's a BOOK. A fat book with chapter notes and citations.  :lulz:

YES.

Call it "The Song of My People".

I forgot about CU's epic, epic crazy butthurt post.  :lulz:

So today I woke up and the power was out. For no reason. For two hours.

I was wondering where you were.

Oh, BTW, on the other site, I have Brian twisting in horrible little circles.

:lulz: OMG that's awesome.

I have spent my entire morning dealing with my childrens' school, which apparently has the following policy for dealing with parents when the power is out:

A. Don't contact them at all.
B. When the kids call home on their cell phones, inform the parents that they aren't accepting phone calls to release the kids; parents need to come in and physically sign them out.
C. When parents go to sign them out, refuse to acknowledge them in any way.

Meanwhile, I am half a chapter behind in chemistry due to being ill. Which, BTW, is also why I'll be gone for the rest of the day: I will be making up a missed lab.

On the upside: My chemistry professor, who early in the term expressed skepticism about my readiness for the class, emailed me to tell me that I got an A on the exam, which of course I did, chemistry is easy, not like that devil Biology which spins my head.
