Arizona is THE gun state.  No permits for anything for anybody.  Buy a gun within 60 minutes of deciding to, walk out of the store with it hidden in your jacket, all legal.

But no bastard here is TRAINED, and chihuahuas are very small.  And very fast.  Whoosh!

So some 300 year old pensioner hasn't even got time to REACH for his piece before the pack pulls him down.  Like a moose.
