I think they're missing half the fun by referring to it as the OMM, when there are millions of male dumbfucks out there preaching the word.  Still.

I thought it was the added sugar.  But I guess any symbol can be taken too far.

Balls.  It's the same anti-rationalism that drives anti-vaxxers.  "Pesticides bad", when pesticides are how we feed billions of people.  And, in the case of fruit, they sort of, you know wash off.

And AGAIN, I'd be okay if they were doing this and minding their business.  But the example given of the woman badgering the daycare center to outlaw non-"organic" snacks is reminiscent of the assholes just a couple of years back screeching that parents who vaccinate should have their children taken away.

FUN FACT:  Organic shit costs almost precisely double what the same thing costs from the non-organic stock, at our local grocery store.  So you have this sample of the organic crowd (the sample size being unknown to me at this time) demanding that all parents with young children double their grocery bill (and let me tell you, with kids in the house, it's already sky-high)...And that's not even the BAD part.

The bad part is that they've accepted a form of "magic" in place of "science".  Organic = Better.  Why?  BECAUSE IT'S ORGANIC.  Turtles all the way down, etc.

I can't say I'm surprised.  If it wasn't this, it'd be something else.

Some people act like squirting a child out is a unique achievement and proof of their superiority to everyone else in the world, as if being given the label "mother" meant everyone else is automatically considered a "child".

Usually these people have very little going for their lives, apart from exploiting their kids online for advertising revenue and weird threats on Facebook.

Violent Acres is pretty awesome.  It's a shame she basically quit writing in 2008, barring the occasional article here or there, because she could probably give Dear Coke Talk a run for her money.
