Well we know Trump's Whitehouse has been looking at doing "something" regarding the First Amendment for a while now.

The hypocrisy is delicious, but I'm concerned at the damage Trump can do between making a ruling and the courts actually getting to look at it in-depth.

Seems like they want these websites to either have to give up their status as a "platform" (as opposed to a "publisher"), and be legally liable for all content, or give up any and all ability to regulate said content.

Basically, they want 8chan everywhere, all the time, as mandated by the federal government.
