Hegseth criticizes media for making US deaths in Iran war front-page news

As per this article:

"Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Wednesday bashed media outlets for highlighting the deaths of six U.S. service members killed in an Iranian drone strike in Kuwait as part of Washington's war with Tehran.

Speaking to reporters alongside Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Dan Cain, Hegseth accused the press of trying to "make the president look bad" (Emphasis mine) in calling attention to the attack that targeted a reported triple-wide trailer used as office space by the U.S. military."

After all, the Turd Reich can't have the MSM focusing on the deaths of six U.S. service members at a time when the draft dodging POSOTUS has barely started a new war in the Middle East, and has a ballroom to build that requires his personal attention. Priorities. Priorities. Priorities.

I love how they insisted on Charlie Kirk being beatified, but the troops who died serving their country are to be ignored becuase it somehow takes away from Trumps Iran win.

But, as per this article:

"Trump said Noem "has served us well, and has had numerous and spectacular results (especially on the Border!)." He said he was making her a "Special Envoy for The Shield of the Americas," a new security initiative that he said would focus on the Western Hemisphere."

So, it looks like she hasn't been totally flushed, and will still be on the Turd Reich's payroll. And, I can't help but wonder if Corey Lewandowski will be working for her as a top aide and "special government employee" again.
