and paid for by different divisions of the same people. They get their
payoffs from different corporate entities. That makes all the difference.

I am certainly glad we have voting records to tell us which politician
is telling us what we want to hear so we can vote for the one that
reads the focus group data that most closely matches our current
parroting of political slogans we have most recently assimulated.

I do not vote for people based on whether or not they have a (D) or a
(R) after their name. I vote for the one with the most attractive avatar!
