Wondering about the tendancy for some to be pricks just when you think things are fine.  Like recently

I have a good friend who was in a 15 year relationship with a devote of Loki.  Eris lite in a lot of ways, for I know that he caused many good things to happen, and she didn't in the myths I know Eris in.  She caused a war.  He caused Mioljnor and Odin's spear to come into being.  But now he's an asshole to her simply because he can be.  He's blaming it on Loki and how He is causeing his problems and actions.  Bullshit.  Just because you are a person who is a worshiper/follower of chaos does not give you licence to be a dick to people you supposedly love.  No way does being a follower of Loki mean that you can take a chisel to the tire rims, accuse her of stealing your car (when she owns it) break into HER house and rip out all the wiring around the hot water heater.  Nope.  That's not Chaotic, that's fucked in the head.  The thing is that I really liked him before all this started and now I want to evicerate him without anestesia.  Or with anestesia, but for me so I don't have to hear him scream.  I want to serve up some justice on his ass,a nd since I'm a devote of The Dagda and Brigid, I'm just the person to do it.  They are both REALLY big people on oaths and promises, even those that are implied.  You don't fuck with family, even when they aren't family anymore.  You promised to honor and take care of her in your (unstated common law) vows, so you FUCKING WELL DO IT, there is no statute of limitations no experation date no get out of marriage free card.  You promised by being in a relationship with her and now you freaking have to do it Batcat.  Suck it up.  She's not cheeting on you with anyone, she simply got tired of living in a home where nothing is stable and everything is up in the air, and contantly having to make sure that you did your fucking job.  She got tired of picking up all the slack for your lazy ass and decided to move on.  And you doing what you did only annoyed her.  NEWS FLASH, YOU DO NOT INTENTIONALLY PISS OFF A FOLLOWER OF SHEKMET YOU FUCKTARD.  They have more ways of gettiin gyou than you do of escaping.  You want chaos, she's stronger than you bitch and you just found that out. Anarchy is your high school gym class for eternity.  Gimme your milk money bitch.  Fuck you and your whining, you are my bitch.  I'd call a jihad on your ass, but it wouldn't do any good, you can't be driven any more insane, all it can do is to fix you so your mind actually worked, but I think it's too late for that.  She's a good woman you are fucking up and you need to fall on your knees and beg her forgivness and you need to pay her back or 15 years of carrying your ass.  Eris and Loki and Coyote and Gwydion and all the other tricksters in creation are not licence to get out of the consequences of your actions, they are not enablers nor are they excuses to become co-depenant.  If ANYTHING is true, followers of the tricksters shoudl be more willing to suck it up when the chaos they cause comes home to smack them in the face with the consequences hit.  That should be part of the fucking contract.  Even Loki paid for his actions, he was thrown out of Asgard and had Thor hunting him down.  Eris paid for her actions too by being snubbed and so did Briccu.  Each of them were pretty much persona non gratta with the people they wanted respect from you fucktard.  So you want respect?  try acting like a human being now.

You may wish to remind this that Loki is spending all of time up till the Twilight of the Powers in a cave beneath the world, bound in the entrails of his son, with a snake dripping its venom into his face, imply that while humans are frail things, the ammount of time it takes one to starve to death could be made to seem an eternity with a snake dripping venom into one's face.
