1.  I find that as I expect less of people, I am less and less likely to erupt in hatred.  I think the last episode taught me enough about people to expect nothing...and so, no anger.

I don't know. Anger certainly can lead me to feel hatred, but most of the time the hatred has nothing to do with any emotion. It's more cold or intellectual or perhaps those are just excuses.
