Friends, does it seem like life is moving too fast, these days?  Does it seem like things are spiralling out of control, or getting so complex that nothing actually works anymore, except out of sheer, mindless inertia?  Do you catch yourself asking "Can things really be this bad, or is it just me?"

If only it were just you...but the sad fact is, things really ARE that bad.  Nobody, not even our "leaders" understands how our society works - when it does - and their ceaseless blundering only serves to make things even worse.  Hell, most of you don't even understands how our money works...and if you did, you'd never get a good night's sleep again.

You want to scream, to lash out, to grab someone and shake them, and ask "Where did it all go wrong?  How did things get so stupid and crazy?", but you can't.  So you grab a beer, watch American Idol...and worry miserably.

You look at your "government", and can't tell the difference between the two parties anymore.  Both seem to be just an endless parade of whores, packaged differently for the rubes.  Your job went to Mexico, or you're told it will, if you don't toe the line.  Your little piece of the American Dream,Ñ¢ has become a horrible nightmare from which you cannot wake.

So what can you do?  Two hundred years ago, you'd grab your musket and clean out the temple...but you realize that your fellow citizens are too stupified by the pap and gewgaws provided to them to realize that there IS a problem...they have fooled themselves into believing that things were always this way, and that things should always be this way...as they desperately horde toys that they think will make them happy.  In addition, who would you revolt against?  The problem isn't in our heads of state, after all, but in the state of our heads.

Seems hopeless, doesn't it?

But that's because what you DON'T know is that you are not alone.  Moving in under the radar of "normal" society, there is a growing revolution.  Not a revolution involving guns and pitched battles, or even guerilla warfare, but a revolution of the mind.  The battlefield is not in the streets and alleys, but in the realm of information, of communication, of ideas.  For too long have we allowed the demagogues to control the media by which they shape the "opinions" of the populace.  For too long have we allowed the endless shitty compromises and fear to be beamed into our living rooms and computer monitors.

No more.

The day of reckoning approaches.  The temple WILL be cleansed.  If you feel the way we do, contact us at http://principiadiscordia.com (ignore the reams of crap/camoflauge, and leave a post.  A response will be forthcoming at the same place).  We don't pretend to have all the answers, but, boy, do we have an assload of questions.

On the other hand, if you DON'T feel the way we do, just regard this as a crank letter, and go about your business.  After all, there can't possibly be a growing underground movement, dedicated to forever altering the American way of life.  That's just crazy talk, suitable only for those who wear tinfoil hats.  Go back to sleep.  Good doggy.
