To which there really is no rejoinder - the nicest thing I can think to say about this is that it teaches a lesson of the importance of blending into a community, because we're almost always part of some community and "winning an argument" doesn't keep you out of jail if you're stupid enough to get yourself caught.
What this kid failed to pick up on was that he pissed people off, and regardless of the reasons - being smug about it, or glossing over someones grievance will piss them off further - unless you're one charming motherfucker and can do it with some style. This kid also failed to pick up on the concept of thread "ownership" - it's not a hippie commune (yet) - and jacking TGRR's threads will piss him off enough to want to ban you.. sometimes he'll succeed.
The attrition rate here seems fairly high, and maybe a similar lesson applies to this community - you may be right to mock newbies into coherence, but if you start banning them for not fitting in quick enough then I think we'll inevitably stagnate and die.
