Sure the guy was an asshole, but banning someone for something that trivial is really lame. I mean, if this sort of thing is going to become even more heavy-handed as time goes on, I'd question if I really wanted to be part of this forum.

I'm not going to have any further input on this, I said I would not deal with any new people on the site and I have held to it for over a month and a bit now.  You decide if you think that it was fair or not.

Deal with it as you like.  I'm not gonna be butthurt, either way.

Basically, as far as I can tell, a particular individual is stirring shit, and we are seeing the results.


I'm not touching it, but my opinion is similar to the other peoples, he only made twenty posts, seems like jumping the gun.

Srsly Rog.  You might have gone a tad too far. 

Of course, the argument could be made that Storm could turn into the kind of poster who pisses everyone off, and eventually gets banned for a better reason-- in which case, the pre-emptive ban just cut out the weeks of shit-flinging.

However, my personal preference is to endure the shit rather than ban at the first sign of trouble. 

But I'm not a mod, so do what y'all gotta.
