You see the problem is, I think the fucker now knows where I live and today I saw him with his friends 50 meters from where I live. He sees me and starts chasing me. I made a few circles around the block to evade him and so that he doesn't see where I live and see him through the window, when I finally got into my house, searching for me. I'm really afraid of being caught by a group of skinheads, so please give me some good advice on what to do. If you see him again, tell him you wont be doing graffiti again, and see how he reacts. If he was only after your sprays, or the wall or whatever, chances are you wont have more problems.
Save the picture though, in case you need it. That way if you need to go to the police, you have hard evidence of what he has done, and all he and his friends have in return is eyewitness statements (which will be considered suspicious in the first place, unless the police are in with Jobbik or whatever, you'll know this far better than I do).
Also, see if you can find any local youths who are opposed to these skinheads (like Fidesz, maybe, if these skinheads are actual Jobbik members). I know, its not perfect, but when gangs of people are on your case, the best thing to do is find another gang to watch your back.
Thanks for the advise. I found out that I have a few goth friends that are friends with the skinhead, so they will ask him to stop the chasing and stalking, so I hope things will be ok soon.

I've never really dealt with skinheads, but it sounded like they were just a bunch of punk kids. In most of the potentially violence situations I've been in if you make it look to whoever is after you like fighting you would get them seriously hurt they'll back off (EDIT: but de-escalating the situation is always a better choice if you can manage it).
...alternately you can run faster than them but not so fast that they lose you. Keep them following you until you're pretty certain they're worn out (or, better yet they've become separated) and commence the beatdown. If you can get them into an area where their numbers don't help them (narrow alley or hallway) This, of course, requires that you be in better shape than they are (and can fight). So does the previous suggestion. If these guys are seriously dangerous then fighting them is probably not worth it.
Instead of fighting them, you could get them to get themselves in trouble by getting them to chase/attack you in the presence of law enforcement. If and when they claim you graffitied something, deny it and point the officer to the photo you saw as proof of their guilt of the offense they accused you of. If these guys are a serious threat to you then risking your life to avoid a minor offense just isn't worth it.

Start studying jiu-jitsu from a qualified teacher if you're slim (small circle jiu-jitsu especially), wrestling, or a martial art that involves grappling. One of the first things you should learn is how to wriggle free from common holds so you have a better chance at breaking free and getting the fuck out.

Marc "Animal" MacYoung is pretty well known in the "RBSD" community (not to be confused with the BDSM community, though there are some overlaps) as being a straight shooter.
Really, any martial art is better than none, so long as you practice with a resisting partner for sparring. I could get all wonkish about MMA and Muay Thai versus Brazilian Ju-jitsu and Jeet Kune Do...but at the end of the day, practice something where the techniques are not pre-planned and are not pulled, do some reading on self-defense (the above site will do just nicely) and maybe practice some more unusual scenarios with a friend outside of the dojo, once you're fairly proficient in your chosen martial art.

but you would be surprised how much damage/pain one free hand or foot can cause, even a missed kick raked down the front of a shin with a hard soled boot will make a pretty tough guy re think the grip he has on you...

This kid has significant parkour experience, so being able to run is paramount.

Back in the day, I was not a goth, nor was I a punk. I was a club kid, a to-the-nines disco dyke, and goths were scarier than us because goths were not afraid to bleed. Goths got beat up by punks enough that they got tough and wily, and usually had pointy things on their person... this was before clubs started searching you for weapons. Punks danced by moshing, pogoing and crowd surfing. Goths and club kids danced by maintaining an extremely serious expression, waving our hands around slowly, looking at ourselves in the mirror, and carefully placing a foot here and there.
Emos hadn't been invented yet.
