Along with venom, they inject sperm or eggs as gender requires. Phermones in the venom attracted the opposite gender to the carcass or walking incubator. At this point the male either fertilizes the eggs or the female deposits her eggs. Combinations of venom attract more and more flies and drive the meat incubator insane if it isn't already dead. If dead, it just putrefies the flesh, making a nice snack for the babies to sip when they hatch.
