Give it time.  I haven't gone to the summit yet.  It's next week.  I'm sure there will be at least one tale to tell.  Like how it goes when he graces me 10 seconds to shake his hand. 

Although I've been in the same room as him before and he didn't bother to say hello, so who knows. 

Must be a Governor thing.  Baldacci was pretty cold the one time I met him too.  They must suck out your soul as soon as you get the office.

Update, Update:  LePage WAS there after all.  Dude isn't a very good off-the-cuff speaker, especially when he has no idea of what he is talking about. 

R. Gil Kerlikowske gave a pretty good presentation too and even opened the floor up to questions.
