I still think krokodil is about the worst thing I've heard of.

But it seems it is not the only necrotic drug on the market in Russia.  The normally harmless Tianeptine is intravenously injected by drug users in Armenia and Russia.  Problem: the tablets do not fully dissolve, and the filtering equipment used is terrible.
