I love that one, personally. "TV Lizards" is my second favourite, after "Porn".

I didn't know it had a video with it, though. I only heard it as audio first, with background tune "Curtains" from Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works II, which is a perfect creepy fit.

Chris Morris has some connection with Warp Records (Aphex Twin's label), though I'm not really sure how or what. His type of crazy creepy is indeed very similar to the sort of crazy creepy Aphex put in some of his albums.
