I don't know that particular song, but I was surprised to lean that "Happy Birthday" is also copyrighted:

I think ASCAP might cover that. Around here, they usually just sing Happy Birthday.

Ascap collects performance royalties from the venue rather than the performer. But since the performers work for the venue it might be why.
