"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."

"Billy, when I say that ethics is our number one priority and safety is also our number one priority, you should take that to mean exactly what I said. Also quality. That's our number one priority as well. Don't look at me that way, you're in the corporate world now and this is how it works."

OMG THAT'S AWESOME

too bad all the occupytards around here have managed to shove their heads completely up their own asses and won't be able to benefit from such awesomeness....

You're welcome... I thought you would like that!

One of the things I thought was interesting was looking at the think tanks that advise the U.S. government, and what other boards their directors sit on. It's quite the nasty little tangle.

Nigel, this is not only brilliant but with re: to what Gogira said, I feel like it's kind of a responsibility that we sort of spread this around like wildfire on the networking venues. People neeeeeed to see this to get a clearer mind map in their heads of WHY rebellion and persistence is important.

Keep throwing those wooden shoes into the cogs.

Think tanks form what is essentially the "interest group" section of the Iron Triangle.

Sourcewatch also has excellent information on how individuals and groups overlap, though their focus is primarly on the War on Terror (and the tobacco industry, for some reason).  PR Watch is useful for UK-based political watchers, as is the Bureau of Investigative Journalism.

That reminds me of another website that's relevant to this kind of stuff but I'll have to go through my notes to find it again. I'll try to remember after class.

How fortunate for you.  Being a Roger is a hell of a lot of stress.  It's like trying to sodomize everyone in congress at once while fending off arrogant engineers and at the same time kicking people on tallbikes into traffic.

And we Rogers do this all for you, the consumer.  Because we care.  Our submarines and silos are fully loaded with intercontinental ballistic poop, standing ready to hold off the upside down people and keep you SAFE, which makes the daily stark horror of being Roger all worthwhile.

I'm excited about this site, but I feel the need to ask before I have a gleegasm.

How trustworthy is this information?

Very. It's all public record and the site was conceived/designed by Josh On, a reputable and skilled developer.

It's called "getting a good Rogering up the bum."
