Proposition 5 would put into municipal code that people may not be refused service, goods, housing, or employment because of their sexual orientation.

The thing that strikes me about the second link in particular is how...pathetically trivial they all are.  On both sides, but slightly more on the side of the "Alaska Family Council" for compiling them all.

It's all toilets and changing rooms, as far as I can see (except the one case involving surgery at a Catholic hospital).

The thing is, what is the specific objection in having a transsexual in a dressing room?  That they could be perving on other people using it?  Well, so could homosexuals.  Unless you're going to have sexuality specific changing rooms, or get away from the idea of gender specific changing rooms in the first place, then that's always going to be a problem.
