It's a set of 3d models in Daz3d.  I purchased some manga style shaders, and have been playing around with them since.  Doing stuff 3d takes a bit more time up front, but now I can make her do whatever, hit render and go.  Limit is the dress, it doesn't bend, have to fix it.  Sticking to pants is easier.
