Hey, I'm just like, offering my opinions guys.  An opinion from someone who's been on this board longer than most, with the exception of TGRR and ECH.  But honestly, at this point, I don't know that there is much to be done.  The tone and the culture of this board has changed over the years and doesn't seem to be one that could ever shift easily back to the glory days.  Back then we had a larger and more diverse user base.  And boards are a dying medium so a recruiting effort would be pretty ineffective at this point.  Honestly, I think you just need to chalk it up to 'it is what it is' and make the most of what you have.  This place will never be like it was a few years ago, it's just part of the natural lifecycle of boards.
