It's unmitigated bullshit. Shooting someone for knocking on your door while black is murder, plain and simple. Shooting a soaking-wet 19-year-old-girl is impossible to justify.

Given the demographics in Detroit, I wouldn't like to be there if the guy walks. After the scale of the Trayvon marches I'd expect this guy to get nailed to the wall ASAP to try and keep that shit quiet.

Kind of expecting Zimmerman to show up in this soon too. Fucker's been useless at keeping a low profile and there must be a dozen news outlets begging for a soundbite.

The news report I read this morning made it clear they are charging the fuckwit.  His claim was that he "accidentally" discharged (in her face).  The tone of the article made it sound as if they're mulling over slapping the moron with a charge for base stupidity or pance wetting racism.
